Phil D'Arcy played a vital role in making our civil partnership celebration on 15th
September 2007 a success. We wanted civil partnership invitations that would be smart
and informative, but also informal enough to reflect our personalities - goals that
Paper Moon achieved perfectly. We had so much positive feedback from guests on the
quality of the invitations and information sheets that we are sure they played a
crucial part in ensuring almost all those invited wanted to attend such a special
occasion. This was reflected in the huge round of applause that Phil received during
the thank you speeches on the day. Phil was very helpful in suggesting lay-outs,
paper quality, colours, typefaces and best use of photographs.
Most of the design and consultation process was undertaken remotely, by e-mail and
phone, but we had one very useful face-to-face meeting, where Phil’s welcome suggestions
that some of our ideas night not be suitable were given in a friendly and tactful
manner. He was very patient and flexible, and produced drafts and the final products
quickly. If you want to make a really positive impression on your guests, use Paper
Moon.
